Capturing Reviews

Viewpoints offers a flexible write a review form that each partner can customize with the fields they would like included on the form.  The user tags can be pre-seeded by the partner and/or suggested by the user.  

Engaging Readers with Reviews

The Viewpoints Technology Platform includes several features to engage readers and contributors. One such feature Comments, are integrated with the contributors profile and the commenters profile so that they may be seen on the specific review or aggregated in the profile. Comments are also set by default to trigger an e-mail to a reviewer to let them know that a comment has been made on their review.  This notification encourages the reviewer to respond and engage with the commenter very quickly.  Getting a comment can be rewarding and exciting for the reviewer because it validates that their review is being read. For the commenter, it is extremely helpful to be able to ask a question to a qualified and known contributor who has direct experience with the product.

Review Moderation

Viewpoints provides an advanced content moderation tool that enables both automated and manual filtering and review of posted content. Content can be moderated either before or after publishing based on each partners desire. Viewpoints offers content moderation services or clients can choose to moderate content themselves.
